I've walked up Castle Hill more or less monthly since 1976, so this one weren't a special trip. The boot were just there one month where it hadn't been the month before. No conditions in the notebook. I'd guess at wind, because it's Castle Hill, but a guess is a guess and I'll not put one in the record.
